Project Type: Existing Substation Upgrade
Scope of Work: This project involves a complete wreak out and demolition of an old 69 kV substation and the installation of a complete, newly designed 138 kV substation. The new substation includes two switchgear buildings, two 138/12.5 kV transformers, cap banks, capacitor voltage transformers (CCVTs) and structures, four 7’ x 12’ padvaults, and all of the associated buss fittings, conduit, cables, wiring and fencing as well as avian protection and grounding.
