Mobile Batch Plants
Our on-site mobile batch plant service is open to contractors throughout Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado who need concrete for construction projects. Our mobile batch plants bring efficient, high-quality concrete production to job sites, saving time and money by providing the right mix of concrete when and where you need it.
Operated by skilled craftsmen experienced in selecting and perfecting a high-quality mix of aggregate and other ingredients, our mobile batch plants ensure the timely delivery of fresh concrete mix that meets standards and is tailored specifically for the job at hand.
Our on-site lab allows us to test the quality of the concrete, giving us real-time data without sending the mud to an outside lab for testing. With our technicians at the site, we can ensure proper placement and troubleshoot any issues that may arise—saving you time and money.
Our Equipment
A batch plant is only as good as what feeds it. We run Böhringer B120 plants backed by Dragon storage pigs, and we truck in every raw material ourselves — aggregate, sand, cement, and fly ash. The whole operation runs on our own logistics, which is how we produce concrete on job sites with no ready-mix supplier within reach.
Böhringer B120 Batch Plant
Rated at 120 cubic yards per hour and set up directly on your site. Computer-controlled batching weighs and records every load, so the mix is repeatable from the first yard to the last and you have documentation to hand the inspector.
- 120 yd³/hour sustained production
- Three aggregate bins — multiple mix designs without swapping material
- Twin in-frame cement silos with dust collection
- Hydraulic leveling jacks — sets up on uneven ground
- Tandem axle, air ride — moves between jobs on its own chassis
- On-site testing lab — results in real time, no outside lab wait
- Raw materials trucked in by us — aggregate, sand, cement, and fly ash
Dragon Storage Pigs
The plant is only half the system. We set two Dragon storage pigs on every site — one holding cement powder, the other fly ash — each carrying 440,000 lbs of material, for 880,000 lbs on hand. A conventional vertical silo typically tops out between 40,000 and 160,000 lbs.
Running both means we can batch mixes calling for fly ash without hauling it in separately, and the plant never runs dry mid-pour. That is what makes continuous placements possible in country where ready-mix can’t reach — we don’t stop a slab because the next delivery is three hours out.
- Two pigs per site — one cement powder, one fly ash
- 440,000 lbs per pig — 880,000 lbs stored on site
- Fly ash on hand — supplementary mixes without a separate haul
- Horizontal design — no crane needed to stand it up
- Repositioned as the job moves, not fixed to one pad
- Hauled in by our own trucks and drivers
