Scope of Work: Install a new substation to provide a point of interconnection between Rocky Mountain Power and Heber Light & Power.
Unique Problem:
This installation project was hampered by record snowfall in the winter of 2022-2023 in Heber City, which is located at an elevation of 5,604 feet above sea level. Grade Tech crews battled the elements, spending many days removing many feet of snow before work could continue. Despite the extra time spent on snow removal, we were able to complete the project on time.
