Scope of Work: Install a new substation to provide a point of interconnection between a renewable energy wind farm and Rocky Mountain Power.
Unique Problem:
For this project, we had to coordinate our work with the landowner and a cattle ranch. We also had to battle the weather as we encountered deep snow, freezing temperatures and then severe runoff and flooding during the project. The project also included the installation of a culvert for a canal bridge on the only access road leading to the substation. Despite these challenges, we completed the project on time.
