Our commitment to be “forward-thinking” in 2022 opened up a wealth of opportunities for Grade Tech as we head into 2023. We spread our wings to delve into new markets and strengthen our tight-knit team, and we are happy to say that we achieved what we set out to do.
With opportunity, however, comes challenges. So, as we forge ahead and capitalize on the opportunities resulting from our progress last year, we are committed to face the challenges ahead in 2023 with unwavering resolve.

Facing whatever comes our way head-on. To quote popular lyrics from the late Tom Petty , we “won’t back down.” We will push forward no matter what obstacles we face in order to deliver on the promise we make to our clients. We are driven to succeed, and we will push through the bad days (which are inevitable)—learning from our failures. We are committed to resilience, optimism, and a never-say-die attitude.
Working together as a team. We have spent the last year and a half building a true team—one in which each and every member respects the others and shares the same values. We realize that to achieve success, we need to work together, in unison. Alone we face an uphill battle, but together we can scale any mountain. Together we are strong and unstoppable. We succeed and fail together. We are a team.
Celebrating our successes. We’ve worked hard to get where we are and, no doubt, will have to work even harder to continue to grow and move forward. Yes, there will be challenges, but there will also be successes along the way. We will celebrate those successes and use them as a foundation for growth.
Serving our community. We understand the importance of not only serving our clients, but in giving back to the communities in which we live and work. We are fortunate to be able to put food on our tables and take care of our families and we pledge to continue helping our friends and neighbors who are facing hardships.
