Grade Tech continued its annual holiday tradition by sponsoring the 89th annual Oakley City Independence Day Rodeo and Celebration, which was held from July 3-6 at the Oakley Recreation Center. We were also the title sponsor for the first-ever Oakley Xtreme Bulls event which was held on Monday, July 8th.
Grade Tech employees and their family members came out in force to enjoy food, fun and camaraderie at
the rodeo on Friday and Saturday. They got to take in rodeo performances, bull riding, and some of the other Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA)-sanctioned competitions which included bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, steer wrestling, team roping, racing, and more.
“The rodeo never fails to entertain—it’s always a good time,” he said. “It’s a fun way to get the team and their families together to get to know one another outside of work and to celebrate this great country we live in,” said Rory Hall.
On Monday evening, Rory and several Grade Tech clients and business associates were VIP guests at the Grade Tech-sponsored Xtreme Bulls event, a one-night, PRCA-sanctioned competition featuring the top 40 riders in professional bull riding battling for a $35,000 purse!
The new event delivered on its promise of excitement and entertainment. “It was awesome…a moment to remember for all of us,” Rory exclaimed.
