All decked out in festive red and green Grade Tech Christmas t-shirts, the entire Grade Tech team and their families recently spent the day at the Utah Food Bank packaging macaroni kits and meal boxes for local families that need assistance putting food on their tables this holiday season. The volunteer outing, a.k.a. the second annual Grade Tech Gives Back Christmas Party, was sponsored by GT as part of our commitment to help those in need in our local community. Grade Tech provided the volunteers and Rory and Billy Hall presented a donation to the food bank on behalf of those volunteers. The company also hired the Waffle Love food truck to serve breakfast to all of the volunteers at the conclusion of their shifts.
In addition to helping the food bank and local families, the outing was a great team-building event and also served as a hands-on opportunity to teach our children the importance of giving back and helping those in need.
