Celebrating the Season by Giving Back
Grade Tech’s tradition of helping those in need continued this year as we rang in the holidays by volunteering at the Utah Food Bank. Our 3rd annual Grade Tech Gives Back Christmas Party was held at the food bank on Monday, December 19th. Our entire crew and some of their family members joined in to help make sure our fellow Utahans had food on their tables this Christmas.

Goodbye 2022….
Keeping our heads down and staying focused in 2022 has brought about great opportunity for the coming year. Although this year was steady, but not abundant, we stayed humble and kept plugging away and our perseverance paid off! We are in a position that we have never been in before and we’re excited to take on the challenges that lie ahead of us. No matter how great the outcome is, we remain grateful, humble, focused, and strong.
In addition to staying strong and steady in 2022, we also focused on attracting new members to the Grade Tech team, but not just anyone—we made a concerted effort to find like-minded individuals who work well in a team setting. Our company culture is thriving, and it has never been better to work at Grade Tech!
We have learned and grown from the hardships we experienced in 2021 and are happy to say that we are moving full speed ahead. Of course, that means that there will be very few weekends off in 2023…but we’ll take it!

With opportunity comes responsibility and a heightened need to stay focused, stay grounded, and keep moving forward. 2023 will be a busy year for Grade Tech as we embark on new ventures—expanding and diversifying our services. We have spent a good portion of 2022 strengthening our teams and the way we work together in anticipation of the coming year. Our team is a tight-knit family and understands that we succeed by working together as a team, not as individuals. We are looking forward to reaping the rewards of the seeds we have sown and to continue strengthening our company culture and positioning Grade Tech for success now and well into the future.
