Celebrating the Season by Giving Back: Utah Food Bank

GradeTech’s proud tradition of celebrating the holidays by helping those in need continued this year.  On December 20, we celebrated our 5th annual GT Gives Back Christmas Party at the Utah Food Bank. Our crews and their families came out in force, with 90 of us working together to fill boxes at the Utah Food Bank.  In addition to the hands-on help, we presented a generous check to the food bank, further supporting their crucial mission of providing food to local families over the holidays and throughout the year.

This fun and meaningful Christmas Party highlights the spirit of giving and strengthens our sense of community, dedication and teamwork. After their volunteer shift, everyone enjoyed lunch from the food trucks we invited to the party.

Growth often comes with its own set of successes and hurdles, and this year was no exception. There were many obstacles we had to overcome, and many lessons learned on things we could have done better.

Thanks to the unwavering dedication and collaboration of our incredible team and partners, we managed to cross some aggressive finish lines and achieve significant milestones despite the challenges. We recognize that there is still a lot of work ahead and many improvements to implement, but are confident that with persistence, we will continue to learn and grow.

We look forward to carrying the same resilience and determination that helped us navigate this past year into 2025. We are committed to building on our successes, and learning from the challenges we faced—and overcame.
