Scope of Work: This project included the construction of an approximately 400’ x 460’ storage yard. The project included the installation of a 10’ high decorative concrete wall and chain link fencing, along with comprehensive stormwater management systems featuring ditches, a settling pond, and integrated piping. Additionally, the scope encompassed 800’ of street improvements, adding pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, and updating utilities including fire hydrants and street lights. Owner: Pacificorp. Contract Amount: $1.2 Million.
