Scope of Work: This project consisted of two new substation locations. One was the construction of a new 525 kV Coyote Substation located near Vernal in Uintah County, Utah, and the other was the construction of a new 525 kV Little Snake Substation in northern Colorado, located southwest of Baggs, Wyoming.
