We want to talk to you if…

• You have a minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience and/or education working with yellow iron equipment.
• You can troubleshoot and repair engines, transmissions, drivetrain components, undercarriage, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, fuel systems, PLCs, heating and air conditioning, and other related items.
• You can comprehend and apply electrical and hydraulic schematics to repair work.
• You can disassemble, clean, recondition, inspect, assemble, and test components.
• You know how to use diagnostic equipment and specialty tools to troubleshoot and repair components.
• You can perform emergency repairs in the field, as necessary.
• You have welding and fabricating experience (desired, but not required).
• You can read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and service manuals.
• You own/possess a complete set of heavy equipment tools (1/4 inch – 2 inch)
• You have a clean and insurable driving record.
• You are willing to perform other related duties as assigned. 
• You can communicate and work within a team setting to support our construction crews by keeping our equipment maintained and safe.
• You want continued regular, full-time (NOT SEASONAL) work.
