We want to talk to you if…

You have a positive mindset and are excited to travel within the Western U.S.
You can work autonomously, leading a crew without being micromanaged
You have 5+ years of construction excavation experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience; you can read plans and have knowledge of overall construction practices
You have experience in operating heavy equipment, including but not limited to, track hoe, loader, dozer, and skid steer
You believe in fostering a culture of inclusivity in which all team members are valued and respected
You are detail-oriented and have good communication skills
You want continued regular, full-time (NOT SEASONAL) work.

Competitive Salary of $32.00-40.00 per hour, DOE, with overtime and per diem benefits
